Ive seen that you do a deal with them in a few missions. But i havent found any on the street

The only place that you can be a drug dealer is to call Little Jacob for a Job. He'll tell you to go to a car with a stash in it and you have to deliver the drugs to a preset location. Now one of three things will happen:
1 - You have a certain time limit to get the drugs to the location 2 - The police ambush the deal once you get there and you have to get away 3 - A rival gang ambushes you and you have to kill them all
Besides these missions, you can't be a drug dealer.
