go to the goldenrod city and then go the 5th floor and by it. thats mostly all of it.

start a new game get your pokemon talk to the guy beside professor elms lab 50 times then he will show you a secret shop

start a new game do not save if you dont like the cheat talk to the red haired guy beside professor elm`s lab(RIVAL)talk to him 50 times he will take you to a secret shop.
