Most of the time I cannot keep my voice at the same pitch. I got a tape recorder, recorded his name and played it everytime it asks for his name.
It takes about 5 tries.

i would do the same thing, u have to keep repeating it. it took me 'bout 20 tries before my female german shepard dog, guard learned her name. it takes a long time, and after that, u have2 teach it sit, that took time, too.
