NineTales:FireSpin,FlameThrower,ConfuseRay,Imprison

I'm guessing your team is good. But I kind of need to know their moves to fully decide. And you can get Deoxys in Firered/Leafgreen by having a Rainbow Pass e-reader card. And Latias is in Ruby/Saphire/Emerald. Once you beat the main story in the game and your back home and you look at the tv, it'll let you choose two color for some reason. red or blue. so when it does that pick red for latias, and then you'll randomly meet it in the ocean sometime, but make sure to either have a masterball or a fast pokemon because latias will escape time it gets the chance to.

Your team is good is that you are incredably weak to ice and grass. You mostly have to protect Flygon and Swampert If your Ninetailes knows Flash Fire you are completly protected from Fire and as long as Flygon knows Levitate you are completly protected from Ground. Also you are completly protected from Electric. You are not very effective from every type except Normal, Ghost, and Dragon but at the same time you can get really hurt by every type except Normal, Electric, Fighting, and Steel
