When you defeat a pokemon there is a (usually) small chance that they will want to join your team. Every pokemon has a different recruit rate (%). To increase your chances, find a friend bow, or get the golden mask or the amber tear.

Amber Tear is an item that maximizes the holder's chances of recruiting a Pokemon. There is no set location for it.

its easy.have alot of health,and wait for him to do roar of time. then go up to him and trow a x-eye seed.
