Flash Gitz pretty darn good. However I think that the baneblade takes the cake for the one you dont want to see rolling up your front door.
the Terminater squad (not assult terminator)are the best, they will even ogryns and pariahs.

i agree with Pyromanic007 about the terminater's the veterans are amazing at close combat but agensed ranged units they never get there
