Is there a way to clone pokemon without the GTS or an action replay?

yes there is he did it with my arceus and raquaza, i needed them back and he cloned them for me
i am ready to battle u at anytime i have my friendcode and my name in the game on several message boards

uhhhh no i traded my arceus and raquaza to him and i needed them back and he cloned them and gave it to me and i did not say this in a mean tone of voice cuz why would i u only asked a question? and the person who cloned them is gogeta

Well there is, but not 4 D\P w\o using AR or GTS. Emerald u can clone just using the Battle Frontier.
