    I spoke too soon, i thought i would do a renegade playthrough and i got a GPF almost right away before even landing on Eden Prime......i think its just pure random.

    i edit the file to get "god mode"

    But if you just want some sort of "god mode" then edit these:

    m_fBleedOutMinDamageResistance=0.0f
    m_fBleedOutCasualMinDamageResistance=0.0f
    m_fHenchDamageResistance=0.0
    m_fHenchCasualDamageResistance=0.0


    but it doesn't work my character still loses health when shot

    any ideas ?

    I was just speculating when I gave those setting, I myself only edited the casual health modifiers and I assumed that turning them to zero would make your characters completely immortal as their resistance would be 100%.
    But you could just throw a few more zeros there and add a one so that your damage resistance would be really high:
    m_fBleedOutMinDamageResistance=0.0000000000000001f
    m_fBleedOutCasualMinDamageResistance=0.000000000000000001f
    m_fHenchDamageResistance=0.0000000000000000001
    m_fHenchCasualDamageResistance=0.00000000000000000001

    -- Or if I remember correctly; the "f" in the line means a floating value, but if you remove the "f" then it becomes a solid value:
    m_fBleedOutMinDamageResistance=0.0
    m_fBleedOutCasualMinDamageResistance=0.0
    Maybe it works now? Did you observe if your companions didn't suffer from any damage as they don't have the f?

    I'm thinking it won't help. Why would changing the variable name change the variable's data type? I'm under the impression that if you change the variable's name in the ini, you're effectively defining an entirely new variable, which won't correspond to anything the game will recognize.

    Would be nice too if someone verified whether or not those settings apply to every pawn in game, and not just the player and his squadmates. Kinda pointless to have invulnerability when your enemies do as well.

    I'm sorry but I don't quite follow.
    The floating point from what I've understood from the UT3 Engine acts as a sort of variable; if you have for instance some line and it has a floating value (i.e. the damageresistance) it will allow the game to use the variable as it sees fit (it might change a bit to one side or the other => decreasing or increasing as the game sees fit [dynamic difficulty for instance]) but but removing the floating point you're telling the game to stay by the values given to it.
    Atleast this is what I've gathered, please correct me if I'm wrong.
    I wasn't talking about changing the name, only how the game reacts to the given value.

    Oh, well I'm sorry if I wasn't clear but I did mean the f in the value inserted, removing the f from the numbers.
