i have collected all bonus in the mission saving private smith and completed the bonus mission after completing bonus mission its says that you have been awarded a medal for your performance in this mission but when i go back to my medal's screen no medal has been added please help me.

Since you guys are the only one here on commandos topic, I would like to ask you a question. I managed to activate the COMPLETE MISSION, INVISIBILITY and TELEPORT cheats using the GONZOANDJON code and corresponding keys. However I CANNOT use INVINCIBILITY and KILL ENEMY code. Any idea why? I tried, CTRL+I and CTRL+SHIFT+X but to no avail.
