After reading the readme file again, I now understand why the trainers is made the way it is, from the readme:

This game uses Windows Live, which means that it scans itself for changes in the code. This
means that we have to create the trainer to look like it does not change the code. Unfortunately
this makes it where you cannot simply turn the options on and leave them. You have to repress
the options when they get too low. The game may still crash occasionally if Windows Live
detects the trainer doing it's work.

Yes, please, more option, like "One hit kill", like the first "Lost Planet", or a "real" "grenades" option ?

You have something blocking the trainer from accessing the game. See the troubleshooting guide.

I get message trainer can not find game.I am using a retail version running in the DX10 mode.Tryed eveything I could in the troubleshooting guide.I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit Q6600 4 gigs of ram Nvidia 8500 GT 512 megs ram.Your Trainer for Mass Effect works fine,under same conditions.I am totally bummed,this is the only CH trainer I have a problem with.
