GiveItem Self 10 QA_SuperGun Manf_Geth_Weap
Apparently, most of the glitches are because the super gun and the spectre AR use different animations and model bones, but if you combine it with the Geth Pulse Rifle, you eliminate that problem
Stats are a bit lower, but still really impressive

This lets you get individual items so you aren't filling your inventory with crap items.
Armours come up as race "Any".
you dont need the "_" mark between QA and Supergun. It works with QASuperGun perfectly.

Here are some modified SuperArmor types, which have higher stats then the regular superarmor, and better graphics.
Here is the one i use for Sheppard, it has the heavy armor graphic aswell:
