Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA 4) Message Board  

Right so here is the thing, I can not do this mission. I can kill all of the guys inside the old hospital but then when it comes to getting away from N.O.O.S.E I ca't do it no matter how hard I try.

Is there an easier way of doing this because I really need to get this mission out of the way for good.

Trying to get away from the building itself is hard enough, I can never seem to reach the Pay n Spray quick enough, I always end up getting shot.

Any offers for help?

Once you get to a car, try to find a good straightaway to build up some speed then cut off on a turn that is not infested with cops. Keep an eye on your minimap to see which streets have cops on them, and avoid them. Also I am pretty sure there is a speedboat near by, try that it should make escaping a bit easier.

Where abouts on the map is the old hospital?
I am going to make sure that I know the layout of the place a little better but I cant be bothered getting in to the missions just to find out the location of the place.

Any help?

I know you already got it but I have a much better way to do this mission.

When you first get to the hospital, kill the people outside and then look around the fence to the left. There's a hole in it. Through that hole and down by the water is a small pier. There's no boat there YET. But when the N.O.O.S.E. agents show up there WILL BE A BOAT. So after getting the coke take out your shotgun and sprint out of the building shooting in front of you at anything that moves. Then run through the hole and jump off the ledge. Get in the boat and get the hell out of there. It's a lot easier to escape now that you only have to deal with police boats.
