francis - because i cba with him anymore(ennoying me with ****ty missions 4 him). som1 said that if u kill derrick u get ability to loose wanted level from francis

The official Brady Games guide says he only does that once so it's not really worth anything.

Well The official Brady Games guide is wrong though. I used Francis'ability to lose wanted level several times now. It seems that he only does it during certain times at day. My guess is during "office hours"
