This is a good cheat if you have a hard time getting a Jirachi.
Tested and works for Diamond. Not test for pearl,but should work. This Jirachi also comes with all ribbons. Very imortant...It does take pokemon in first slot.
1st. Go catch a random pokemon
2nd. Put it in the 1st. slot
3rd. Push L/R at same time.
4th. Enjoy your lvl 5 Jirachi.
