When I take my dog on walks and we meet other dogs on the way he never gets along with them the always says he is curious about them or he does not like them very much. Is there some kind of secret to helping your dog get along with other dogs?
and
I just got a new puppy a week ago and she is very bad a walking...she stops every couple seconds and it is hard to get her to start walking again...is that suppose to happen because that never happened to my other dogs before.

the reason your puppy doesnt get along is because of her/his personality i dont think your dog likes strangers you can see what personality a dogs got before you buy it

try tugging on the leash to move her towards the dog....it helps with my doog but idont know if it'll work with yours.
also just try to keep tugging on the leash also when walking to make it run, if its not stopping to pee or poop
