Is that in Gold or Silver version and where in Mount Silver is the misdreavous? Do I have to do something different or special to get it? Also how do I make my togepi evolve into a togetic?

in pokémon silver misdreavus is found right into of mt silver it might take some time to find him/her and it isn't a very strong pokemon

Actully you can really find it anywhere in mt silver and in both games to! I have one already i think its level... 45!

To get your togepi to evolve in to a togetic you must trane your togepi to leval 35-45 I'ts that easy
