To get the Cleaned the Mean Streets Achievement, do you have to take out the people on the most wanted list or can you get it doing the Current Crimes count?

Go to the "Current Crimes" part of the police computer and do 20 of them. They're very easy, just choose "Criminal on foot" every time. You can just drive up and run the guy over. If there aren't any "Criminals on foot" just exit the computer and go in again.
The "Most Wanted" section is for the "Manhunt" achievement.
