We currently don't have any Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA 4) trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

This is a complete LIE there is nothing, all that happens is you slowly loose health until you die and then you go all the way back to the mainland.

I have done this and all that happends is you die there is no Island and there is no Parachute in the game unless there is a cheat for it

This is obviously a "lol made you look" kind of thing.
There's always a few of them for free-roam games.
