nobodies posted codes yet....... so here's one! it gives u 999 master balls, but it deletes the first type of ball in ur ball pocket but who cares! L+R to use:

all it does is change the first pokeball you have in that spot to the type you selected. if you moved those 999 master balls down and put say...34 great balls at the top....then those 34 great balls turn into the 999 master balls...
