    Little Jacob's delivery missions aren't the hidden packages. According to the official guide:

    Achievements
    Courier Service     - Complete all 10 package delivery jobs

    Those are Little Jacobs missions

    Endangered Species - Collect every hidden package in the game

    So the hidden packages are different from Little Jacobs missions.
