How do i run a gang?

Its all about your Respect. The more respect you have, the more people you can recruit. ( Or have in your "gang" )
Lock onto one of your Grove Street Homies and press Up on the D-Pad. He will follow you around, shoot who you shoot (and enemy gangs automatically), get in cars with you and all the rest of it.
Pressing up while you have crew members makes them stick close and pressing down makes them wait where they are. Holding up or down will dismiss them. If you go too far away from them they will automatically dismiss.
That's pretty much the basics of gangs.
