    to get the new maps and forge items without xbox live ... cuz i want them really bad but i can get xbox live right now

    You could probably download them off the internet at the same price and burn them onto a disc then put it in your 360.

    Way too far-fetched, and also a 360 isn't like a PC. You can rip music, and that's about it.

    the only way i know of is if u download it while ur are signed in and some1 wit xbl is signed in but u still need a internet connection
