I am wondering how to enter cheats using XBOX 360. All the sites say to press up on the D-Pad, then press up again to get the keypad. I am pressing up and all I get is the phone with no keypad. Anyone know how to enter cheats?

you have to wait until roman gives you his old phone to access the keypad and cheats

after second or third mission, he gives you hes old phone, and then u can press up at D pat twice to be able to enter a phone number, enjoy
