Are dual swords actually good?Or should i get a great sword?

Dual swords take alot of time to make. But it does make you attack alot more that usuall at a fast rate. So if you like that then go for it.. all you need is to make an Assassins dagger and upgrade it to twin blades.... :

to me the dual blades and the great sword are the same because the big sword attaks slow but the dual attacks fast so just add it up and they about do the same damage

I don't actually know, just like you I don't know but all I know is great swords are heavier than duel swords so when you run with great swords it will decrease your speed a little until you get the hang of it but still very powerful against large animals. Duel swords are two handed fast blade which will 2x damge from a regular sword but will sometimes won't be much help aganist large beast BUT GOOD AGAIN
ST MEDIUM-SMALL SIZED ANIMALS SUCH AS A VELOCIPREY OR MOSSSWINE.

u can also make a dual sord out of a bone pick too trust me i did it today
