I finally defeated General Leang in the General's Challenge... Is there any way u can unlock her in either Campaign or Skirmish mode after u defeat her?

Yes, you can play her in skirmish mode, but only after installing a modification.

what mod would that be?

theres a mod named Shockwave it adds 3 new generals .. 1 being General Leang ... although she doesnt have all the stuff as in the generals mode ... but still

I have some of the modification including boss general that allow you to use general leang. The file is not too big. The only thing you need to know is where to put this modification.
