lol lvl 7 and u want uber stuff... well kill daedra and u find pimp stuff, im lvl 30 redguard i use, daedric claymore, dragon bone cuiriass (100% fire resist), orlyn bearclaws helm (40 end and 40 agi), and sum eanchanted stuff i made like my shield (daedric) give me 30 str, an amulate that has 4-5 constant health regen, boots that give me 200 speed, a ring that give 20% magicka poison and cold resist, and a ring that give 10 int and willpow... My stuff aint all that great but it works for me... anyways it would take you like 12 hrs to get all the rares i have.

Boots of Blinding Speed, 16 AR, 8 weight (light), 500 value, constant effect: fortify speed 200 points on self If you follow the road signs from Caldera to Ald'ruhn, you will eventually run into Penemie. Penemie is standing on the road, and she makes you a deal; if you escort her to Gnaar Mok, she'll give you the Boots of Blinding Speed. You can escort her, or you can just kill her and take the boots.
they will blind you all the way unless you have some way to combat it...like resist magica stuff works...you can find potions or items,,, cast them or take the potions then put on the boots, and you should not be blind even after the potions wear out until you take the boots off and put them on again...
