its the last deadric quest you get. once you beat all the others a guy will appear while u sleep and tell u what to do
oblivion is adventure, morrowind is home.

To get it easy and fast, just go to all the other Daedric shrines and kill who you need to. They're not important, so why not? And they're weak too, so that makes it even easier.
