Downloading houses from website

    My daughter is trying to download houses from the Sims 2 website. She is getting a message that the product needs to be registered but when she tries to register, she is told the product license has been used too many times. I believe we have used it at least 2 times when we have bought new computers. Is there anything we can do to get these downloads to work?
