well, the sword u probubly heard of was dawn/dusk fang. u need shivering isles expansion for that, and there arent too many other great swords that i can think of
oblivion is adventure, morrowind is home.

You're probably talking about GoldBrand, which you can get from the Daedric Shrine quest Botheia at lvl 20. No other good swords I can think of below 20.
