I bet you have the same questions as mine when I was trying to figure how to complete my goals in The Sims 2: PSP.
1) Find Roberta's missing parts in Dead Tree. It'll be easier for you to travel from one place to another if you have the road map. Find the left leg inside Kine Dairy where there are 2 cows. The right leg you'll find as pillar for one of the tables in Nighthowl Saloon.
2) Annie, the girl with with 2 side ponytails in Nighthowl is the night beast. Intimidate her first, then she'll turn into a beast. Then use the taser. How do you make a taser? Craft or make one using a workbench just across the cash register where Pita Florica is.
3) To finish the game, you need to defeat Dr. Dominion in the Monument. To get to the MOnument, you need a teleport. To get it, the passcode is Ur4ngut4an. Use the passcode in a computer inside Sublevel Laboratory in Division 47. To enter the sublevel, intimidate the Black Dude. He'll give you the entry ocde to the sublevel.
