He uploaded them from HBO, the people who played against Bungie in the Legendary Humpday. They got the maps early apparently.

Also, rumor is that there will be one last map pack called "Mythic Map Pack"

Wait a second...now that I remember it, I know for sure that there will be another map pack.

A weekly update a while ago said that a map planned for the legendary map pack had to be put on hold and switched out for another one closer to completion.
