If you edit the training_facility.lua and replace
baseChances = baseChances*(leadership/60)
with
baseChances = baseChances*1000

You'll succeed in training nearly every time. Lets you get the merc stats up quickly.

anyone found where the script and/or code variable for breath%?

edit: nm i found it at constant... can someone post the original mercs.lua
