anyone have any tips to beat the 3rd/4th one where u have a limted life? i lose to the harpy bird things cause theres so much.

Hit them once or twice then grab them - it works very well since they will always step forward once Kratos hits them. This can be done with either weapon.

after i beat the birds i have little health and nothing to kill for more health until the big guards come but they dont give much health.

Oh wait, I thought you meant the normal Harpies. For the bird-like creatures use constant air Tartarus Ragse on them with the blades of chaos. It gets rid of them very quickly.

U could also just jump in the air and rapidly press the grab button then the birds will appear in your hands whare ever you are as long as they are all around you and that works as a 1 hit kill and that kills them alot quicker
