Just the Regi's, Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. Unless you hack, then you can get all the legendaries except the D/P ones.

No i caught Kyoger with a timer ball, and Groundon with a great ball so i say use the masterball on Rayquaza it is the hardest to catch.

I used an ultra ball on both groudon and kyogre. Those two were not too hard to catch. I used a timer ball on rayquaza after stalling for many rounds and false swiping it to one HP. If you can't get its HP to one, stall by putting it to sleep, paralyzing it, or confusing it. Then, when enough rounds go by, use a timer ball. The hardest legendary to catch and find is latias/latios. They flee from you, unless you use mean look, so you might need to save the master ball for them.
Currently lost, I make my way through life somehow without being in complete despair. Mostly alone due to timidity and fear, I wait for someone to clear the fog and break the shell hidden within.

If I am online, I am probably bored so be sure to send a message to me if you want.

Yah, timer balls are pretty great at catching legendaries or any other troublesome pokemon.
