    Just a note.. The first pick poketing mission will not work if you have the Assasin Blend (7) option enabled on the trainer...

    Well, it's in the Manual but:

    Lock on to your target, get as close as possible and press [SHIFT] by default (empty hand).

    Note that the victims always wear their bag on the left.
