how can I use pokesav to create a missingno

you must have a Action Replay and the run any where cheat and the bigin game with running shoes cheat. run to sandgem avoiding all grass. talk to dawn. go in the lab rowan will give you a -------. it's missingo. oh and restart your game.

that's kinda lame. if you really wanted a missingno i'm sure you would've found a way to get it, or traded with someone that has one. his topic has definitely made missingno to much of a big deal, actually the whole world has. sure, in red/blue/yellow it was useful, but now it's just getting plain dumb.
