    i love Shakespere

    he was a legend.

    he died on his birthday.
even in death he commits himself to poetic irony

but in my English class we just finished one piece called "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner". You should deffenetely all check it out, it's a long narrative but it's pretty good plus the way he rhymes it makes it better and easier to read also

I like Shakespeare as a playwrite, I haven't read any of his poems.

My favourite poem is "Cousin Kate" by Christina Rossetti. It's about double-standards in victorian times, and it has an ironic ending. I have it somewhere, I think. I'll post it on a blog if I find it.

Were currently studying Shakespeare in english class and I ackknowledge him as a fantastic poet but I just can't stand it myself. It bores the hell out of me. I've only read a peice or two of Edgar Allan Poe's poetry and I like that a lot.

But overall, i'm not really a poetry kind of guy.

I.Hate.Shakespeare. He's a good poet and all, but that guy is extremely boring.

Seems his work escapes minds such as yours

I liked a couple of his plays. Like Hamlet. I liked Hamlet. I don't like his poetry. I like Edgar Allen Poe's poetry though. I'll post my favorite poem later. I've got to find it first.
