hey, this is something i've kinda always wondered. who here in CHU likes poetry, whether it be just

There's a place the man always say
Come in here, child
No cause you should weep
Wolf never catch such a rabbit
Golden hair never turn white with grief
Come in here, child
No cause you should moan
Brother never hurt his brother
Nobody here ever wander without a home
There must be some such place somewhere
But I never heard of it

After A Death

Once there was a shock

that left behind a long, shimmering comet tail.

It keeps us inside. It makes the TV pictures snowy.

It settles in cold drops on the telephone wires.

One can still go slowly on skis in the winter sun

through brush where a few leaves hang on.

They resemble pages torn from old telephone directories.

Names swallowed by the cold.

It is still beautiful to hear the heart beat

but often the shadow seems more real than the body.

The samurai looks insignificant

beside his armor of black dragon scales.

The Colours of Imagery
Call them my old friends
The nook of your eve
An irresistible wandering sign
The pretending and indefferent face.
The happy and dissatisfied gaze
Sweet shallow steps voiceless
Sprouting fragrance leaves breathless.

well i would like you to write your own, but some people share others. but the main reason i created this topic is for you to write.

Well I actually usually write mine on paper before I ever type any.

Blasphemy

A darkened sky,
a horrifying scream.
No life in sight,
only the dead to be seen.
The end is here,
and there's nothing I can do.
Death is near,
and I lived my life being a fool.
Blinded by lies,
blinded by you.
But now I've opened my eyes,
and I've seen the truth.
You are the one who's corrupt,
you are the one responsible for this.
You're the reason we're all f***ed,
And the reason for the worlds fall into this black abyss.
