1. How do i use the "DEV" command... where do i put it???? 2. Where the is the so called " Defenitions file"... ive got the original game with 3 disc's ... and i cant find the freakin file anywhere in the game dir........

Yo i don't know any thing about the DEV (Developer Command) but I do know that these codes work you need to enter them from the console
hold CTRL + SHIFT + ~
cheat_revealall - reveal all FOW cheat_killself - kill yourself cheat_power(n) - give yourself "n" units of power cheat_requisition(n) - give yourself "n" units of requisition

where i read about thoose code ( push ctrl+ shift+ bla bla
you have to put "-dev" command somewhere to get thoose cheatcodes to work!
Iv'e tried to push thoose button's in the game and NOTHING happend's!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so TELL me how the heck theese cheats are workin They sure doesn't work for me
