has anyone noticed that the music for Halo 3 is just purely random, i mean, the opening music is kinda like holy music, and when youre in a vehicle on story mode sometmes, it turns into pirates of the carribean in ireland, its so random lol...

It's not random. It's made to fit into the situation. The "holy music" creates awe of the Halo rings and their vast scale. Then the "pirates of the caribbean" music fits into the parts of the game that are full of action.

Whilst you may find it random and unconventional, I think that Halo 3's OST is probably amongst the best in the world. There is a very fine balance to all of the songs, and in the entire album there will be a song for every occasion, mood and feeling. It sounds amazing on its own, I personally use it as my revision music, but when it is put against the game's storyline, the effect becomes threefold, and its epicness is quite simply second to none.

i never said i didn't like it, i just said its random, and it is kinda, well, IMO it is, besides, i like random stuff...
