This site is missing alot, so I'll put how to get characters and stuff I know for NCON.
Shiro Abarame: beat 1P mode with Kankuro Ino yamanaka:beat 1P mode w/ Sakura Gaara: beat 1P mode w/ Naruto, Shikimaru Guy: beat mission 13.5 Itachi: beat rematch sasuke, itachi mission and unlock all starter characters (?) plus Kankuro, Guy Hinata: beat 1P mode w/ neji Kankuro: clear mission mode Kisame: beat 1P mode w/ sasuke naruto kakashi guy and jiraya Orochimaru: beat 1P mode w/ naruto sasuke kakashi guy jiraya Temari: beat 1P mode w/ shikimaru Tenten: beat mission 20 Tsunade: beat 1P mode w/ Jiraya
Difficulty 4: beat time attack you get the minigames by playing them
2P survival: beat survival w/ 30 wins survival: complete 1P mode mission 13.5: beat mission mode missions 21 22 23 you get by completing the preceding mission. voice audio: beat time attack. you get voices by beating time attack with the character of who you want the voice
