you can search and edit the resource you have with software like CoSMOS. You need to time resource number with 1000 before you search in CoSMOS. For example, if you have 50 tools, the number you search in CoSMOS will be 50000.
Some time resource changes a lot due to your citizen use them such as food. My suggest would be search it at separate island once you lock the resource down you can just let the trade route do the job.
BTW.. Save your game a lot, because my gold edition game crash a lot if i lock the resource. It didn't happen when I play 1701 direct2drive version.

I know you said before you were not going to make one until you have some time. Any chance we can get one for this now? I see you put out another new one for Sunken Dragon. Could we get one for the orginal?

This trainer doesn't seem to work for the GOG version of the game. I uploaded my .exe for the game.
