How to use those equipment in customize? I cant click anything except body armor...Please help me

you need to unlock then from the unlock screen in the BFHQ menu.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer

Yeah but the catch is you got to keep playin' and gain points. every time you rank up you will be given the option to unlock a weapon/kit. the faster you rank up, the more chances you will be able to unlock more (and cool) weapons and/or kit!
