if anyone didnt know you can get your gym badges shiny all you have to do is rub them with your stylis rub them hard and good and thell turn shiny the will get brighter and brighter until they sparkle is when there shiny

My arm is sore every time I clean them so I just clean them every day so it doesn't take so long.
