he'll destroy us allllllll!!!
someone wanna promote me liek nao plz?
Teletubbies ftw.
I was just in a Team Hardcore game, I got one Triple Kill and the entire opposing team starting trash talking me about my "hacking" skills. So, while they were running around in a pack, I threw a plasma grenade at them, stuck one, got another Triple Kill, and they all left.
I saw them later in Team Slayer, and they were on my team. They were horrible if I can say that much. This time it was the teammates that were bringing our team down.
And for the weak-minded, yes. This was in Halo 2.
Like what forty-two and Neo said, that really ****es me off.
But what ****es me off most is when you are all re-routed to the post-match screen after a game, only to find the team who won, or even your own teammates (if your team won) being arrogant about their victories. Sure, you can be happy you won, but at least be a good sport and tell them "good game" after a match. Don't dismiss the losers and trash talk them for losing, that just goes to prove you're an ass and that you didn't deserve the win. Just say "better luck next time, guys" if you insist on being derogatory instead of using swear words to flame the losers.
Be a good sport, don't flame others just because they lost the game. Respect others, don't disrespect them over minor irrelevances. It's just a game, you don't need to make it hell for the losing team.
Another reason why Halo 2 > Halo 3
All the noobs have moved to the most updated version.
Btw, on the topic of new recruitment. How about if we just vote internally on whether we accept soneone into the group? I think that works better than a quiz.
Just an idea...
Oh, we could also say that people have as many votes as they have posts per day....and Field Marshals are excluded from voting, or something.
EDIT: Or we could just have a poll on the old takeforum website.
