On kanto it is useless but if you give it to a magneton and get it up 1 level at MT.Cornet it will evolve into Magnezone.
Focus on the message ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Actually you can use it to evolve Porygon, you dont need an up grade to evolve Magneton, you just level it up in Mt Coronet[Edited by potato_chips, 3/8/2008 5:15:35 AM]

Get to sunyshore and beat the gym,then you go to the top and you will be able to go to the league.
