I haven't tried this but you could do the Pokemon Modifier Code, set it to Magikarp, and press L when you go into battle. It's just an idea, so maybe you should try it out and see if it works.

So If I have an AR. The "WILD" Pokemon Modifier code that works when you walk around in the grass.. Will work in the Battle Tower. How bout the run through anything code. Do any code work inside the Battle Tower..

Sorry, I'm just throwing in ideas, I've never tried it, but it would be a good test. In Emerald I did the all Wild Pokemon = Cleffa code and went to the Battle Tower and all the other trainers' Pokemon were Cleffas. So I'm just wondering if the same thing will happen in Pearl. And yes, the Walk/Run Through Anything cheat does work in the Battle Tower.

Lmfao, K i'm going to grab my wife's AR and try now.. Will usig the AR on my game disqualify me from Poke Tournaments held by Nintendo??

I'm not sure, I wouldn't just in case they find out, sounds like you're a devious little hacker. Just Kidding. If you want to enter a Nintendo event, then I wouldn't hack my Pokemon fighting tema, or whatever the event is for, just go with a legitimate team.

No, they can't stop you from joining BECAUSE, the AR is completley a legal device. If you choose to mod your game, thats ok. They can, however, disqualify you from entering with hacked pokemon.
