As far as I could make out, yes it was.
Recent GPUs may be faster on XP and DX9, but they won't be as effective without DX10. The quality of graphics would be significantly lower than that of DX10-enabled GPUs.

If you have Vista, you have DX10 already. DX10 ships with Vista.

and dx10 is exclusive for vista if any one say i have dx10 for xp i can say ****.
