@racing_nut: hoe...lee...crap...

That skyline must be pushing close to 900BHP like that, easy! If they had swapped the engines with a newer RB26DETT as found in an R34, they could easily get over 1000BHP with the same upgrades. An old engine can only take so much, and I'd be willing to bet that suspension surely can't take ALL of that power through the bends, can it?

Well that was before they found their best suspension setup, but with the turbo on full and NOS goin it would produce 1100bhp

But that was 2 years ago, I don't know what condition it is in right now...

EDIT: It is purely for drag use, not track use, so they want the suspension to be able to fully cope with the power and put it through the wheels, track bends are not a problem cuz it raced only in a straight line

Oh okay, then the 1100BHP makes sense then. If it was intended for track use, the driver would be pretty much signing his own death warrant if he got into it.

And I think he meant when you posted the tech specs and individual engine components. lawl

Yeah. I don't know THAT much about cars. If that driver would have tried to use it for track use, he'd be commiting suicide. And this thing has 1100 hp? That's insane.

To enable you to set a world record on your 3rd try on a drag strip? To make your name known to most english car fanatics? For kicks? Cuz he is rich and wanted somthing to spend money on? Who wouldnt? Because if it was ever on your drive, then it would look just awesome?
