A first glimpse of it made me think that it was a Lamborghini

I haven't heard much about Saleens lately, but hell, this one looks decent. I see a lot of resemblance between this and the NSX, sure is surprising. Definitely like the stats of it, not even the NSX has a high stat like that.

I thought at first it was a lambo also.

BMW super-sports car to get twin-turbo V10?
BMW prides itself on having some of the most dynamic and involving vehicles on the market today, but its fleet is still lacking a genuine sports car. Some may argue that BMW already offers the 507hp V10-powered M6 Coupe, but to the purists the M6 is an overweight four-seater GT that compromises performance for comfort. Full story - Link

And for anyone interested the Saleen Chingy mentioned:

America has already taken our Monaro, so why not our Holden ute as well. We can make some nice cars over here, and is a pleasure to see others enjoy them as well. In Australia there is a championship race series just for the utes.

Another daily dose of automotive news.

Lotus celebrating 60 years with unveiling of new Eagle
Lotus has confirmed it will unveil an all-new model at this year’s London Motor Show in June as part of its 60th anniversary celebrations. Although no official details have been given as to the identity of the new model last month’s release of the car’s front suspension and previous spy shots lead us to believe the car is in fact the long-rumored Eagle 2+2 GT. Half of Americans unwilling to help environment by paying more for fuel
If you asked someone whether they would be willing to help the environment, more often than not they would give you a resounding yes as their answer. Ask them if they would be willing to pay extra for fuel to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and nearly half would say no. That’s the finding of a new study run in the U.S. by the National Center for Public Policy Research (NCPPR).

The study found that 48% of Americans are unwilling to spend even a penny more in fuel taxes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. At the other end of the scale, just 18% of those surveyed would be willing to pay 50 cents or more in taxes per gallon to reduce greenhouse emissions – an idea the U.S. government is considering. Demand for the car worldwide has surged, no doubt spurred on with the help of the car’s starring role as KITT in the new Knight Rider series, so this time 175 cars will be headed outside of the U.S. Full Story - Link

Haha wow, not sure what to say about the G8 Ute. The Camino is still a better car.

Today I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted on Tiburon. I also found these black rims I may get, as well as this new Alpine stereo system. I also registered my new license plates that are personalized. They say "Ballin"

Ohh wow, man that's what i'm talking about Great stuff, lol.

I wanted a plate that's personalized, but on second thought, i had to spend more money, couldn't be bothered.

As for the ute. i like the Holdens, the ones over here in America aren't too shabby though. I don't really like utes anyway.

I was reading about the new Saleen just the other day, it looks amazing. Koenigsegg CCX and Porche Carrera GT are still above it on styling in my opinion, but still has a lot of promise. Very nice!
