BMW super-sports car to get twin-turbo V10?
BMW prides itself on having some of the most dynamic and involving vehicles on the market today, but its fleet is still lacking a genuine sports car. Some may argue that BMW already offers the 507hp V10-powered M6 Coupe, but to the purists the M6 is an overweight four-seater GT that compromises performance for comfort. Full story - Link

Coinciding with the launch of its new SMS Limited brand, sports car manufacturer Saleen has unveiled a new supercar concept at today’s New York Auto Show that boasts a 650hp V8 engine running on ethanol. Already being touted as the successor to the current S7 flagship, the new car is still in the design phase and will only go into production if it receives enough interest from show goers. Peugeot prepping hybrid-diesel racer for 2009 Le Mans
Le Mans could soon be vying with F1 in the technology stakes with news today that Peugeot is planning to race a hybrid-diesel car in next year’s 24 hour endurance race. The news comes from the carmaker’s new CEO Jean-Philippe Collin who revealed that a prototype hybrid-diesel racing engine will be fitted to the existing 908 chassis and will start testing later this year. Lotus celebrating 60 years with unveiling of new Eagle
Lotus has confirmed it will unveil an all-new model at this year’s London Motor Show in June as part of its 60th anniversary celebrations. Although no official details have been given as to the identity of the new model last month’s release of the car’s front suspension and previous spy shots lead us to believe the car is in fact the long-rumored Eagle 2+2 GT. Half of Americans unwilling to help environment by paying more for fuel
If you asked someone whether they would be willing to help the environment, more often than not they would give you a resounding yes as their answer. Ask them if they would be willing to pay extra for fuel to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and nearly half would say no. That’s the finding of a new study run in the U.S. by the National Center for Public Policy Research (NCPPR).
The study found that 48% of Americans are unwilling to spend even a penny more in fuel taxes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. At the other end of the scale, just 18% of those surveyed would be willing to pay 50 cents or more in taxes per gallon to reduce greenhouse emissions – an idea the U.S. government is considering. Today I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted on Tiburon. I also found these black rims I may get, as well as this new Alpine stereo system. I also registered my new license plates that are personalized. They say "Ballin"
I wanted a plate that's personalized, but on second thought, i had to spend more money, couldn't be bothered.
As for the ute. i like the Holdens, the ones over here in America aren't too shabby though. I don't really like utes anyway.
